Excellent customer service. Ordered a premium liquid culture kit, upon arrival I noticed it had been mishandled during transit and the jar was almost empty. I reached out to Midwest and they replaced it for free with expediated shipping. Extremely happy with their products and customer service, they go above and beyond.

There are many companies who claim to be legitimate suppliers of growing supplies, yet in all my growing experience none compare to Midwest Grow Kits. This company stands behind their products and offer tutorials to help you go from inoculation to fruiting in no time. (As long as nature cooperates). Do not waste your money any where else. Trust me. You will not be disappointed.

Received two grain bags that had excess moisture and were rotting. Took over two weeks, multiple phone calls, and multiple emails to finally receive a response. They admitted the bags had too much moisture and offered two new ones, but they refused to respond after that email. Won’t waste my time and money on their terrible products and even worse customer service.

If I could give them a zero, I would. So this company operates on peoples hopes. They advertise this wonderful proven system that really “works.” They even give detailed instructions that are fool proof. Basically, they are selling false dreams and snake oil. You could buy the stuff in the kits for $20 at Walmart, they charge $150 or more. All the sell is crap. Their system does not work. Do yourself a favor, save tour money and buy shrooms from someone that grows them. This site is a scam pure and simple.

So I bought this ultimate grow kit for 97$. First of all, it did not come with a 2nd lid for the 2nd tote. It didn't include a bulk substrate mix, and when I emailed them,, they told me the kit for 108$ comes with the bulk substrate. I asked if I can just pay the 11$ difference rather than the 20$ it normally is. You would think they'd be happy to do that considering I just dropped 100$ with them. But they declined to respond. After I innoculated my jars, I went to set up my incubation chamber, and the temperature gauge they sent me had to have the batteries replaced. Then come to find out, the aquarium heater they sent doesn't work at all, so I had to go buy a new one of those for 15$. I haven't tried using the air pump or led light they sent, but judging how everything else has worked, I'll more than likely have to replace those as well. After doing more research on this company(research I should have done beforehand) I've seen alot of other reviews about faulty equipment or their kits never arriving at all. Would not recommend this company. Spent 97$ dollars on a tote and broken equipment, I should have made my own substrate and saved 80 bucks. Rip off. Doesn't even come with spores, had to buy those seperately

I bought a bag of grain, they sold me a bag of mush that smelled sour and sweet. Took pictures reached out, the only thing I got in return was dead air. Nothing! No refund or replacement. A big duck you really! I feel like that transaction was flat out stealing from me! Stay with smaller vendors on Etsy and Reddit midwest is a joke and a shame! Suck it midwest you ass hats owe me 50 buck's!

Customer service and the knowledge and willingness to help has been way above my expectations. I am total newbie to growing and bought the Mega Mushroom Kit and also tried to make my own jars too. I asked what seemed like a million questions and some about my own growing setup and they all had no problem helping me. I will say that their kit worked awesome and just requires a little tweaking for my super cold basement grow. Some of the methods they use seem like an overkill but I can see now why people recommend them and follow their grow guides. They work!! Thanks again for all the help and sorry for all the emails!! im new to this but i seemed to have 1 jar mold on me its been 5 weeks and
still not fully consumed by mycylium in the other 5 jars.i want to try it again after i finish this grow just dont know how it finishes or if im gonna mess it up

Were having difficulty stabilizing the temperature. Got good information regarding acceptable temp range.You folks are very pleasant and helpful.

I would kindly suggest you spell check the written information/instructions on your website.
