Fantastic service!!!

Extremely Happy

I have made a few purchases through Mighty Ape and after receiving damaged goods through the post, through no fault of theirs they were so obliging and resent posters as soon as I called them. My son is autistic and dinosaur mad! Their awesome friendly service helping to replace his posters at no charge will see one very happy boy at Christmas. Thankyou :)

Excellent range of products and great service

I've ordered quite a few products from Mighty Ape and always found their shipping to be extremely fast. The one time that sent them an enquiry about a preordered item, they were super helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending buying from them. Thanks Mighty Ape!

Quick without issue

I've bought 5 complete anime collections from MightyApe.com shipped to Australia without issue and generally arrive the next day. I do recommend them. Quick and undamaged goods.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!

Deceptive, untrustworthy and unhelpful!
I made a purchase on the 2nd of July, in plenty of time for the item to arrive before my daughters 4th birthday. The website advertises over 400 thousand items in stock and shipping the next day. The items I purchased were 'in stock with the supplier' and an email was sent after my purchase informing me that the items would be shipped by the 8th. This was a surprising wait for the items to go into the post but it was still in plenty of time for my daughters birthday.
When I still had not received my package on the 14th I called their customer service number. The staff member informed me they had not had my items in stock and apparently they had just arrived that morning and would be posted that afternoon. I expressed my surprise and extreme disappointment that a) they weren't in stock when I had purchased and b) they were not yet on their way to me.
After thinking about the situation and the time constraints of the fast approaching birthday over night, I called their number again the next morning. The items were STILL NOT IN THE POST! The staff member could not/would not offer me express postage (my only hope of the presents arriving in time) but said I could pay an additional $30 for them to be express posted.
They offered to refund my small postage fee of $7.98 and send the parcel that day... weeks after I ordered it. My four-year-old will have nothing to open on her birthday... perhaps I can wrap up disappointment for her??
I am utterly disappointed and devastated. I will never purchase here again and I will go out of my way to ensure others of my acquaintance do not purchase here either.

Horrible customer service, slow shipping, false information on order.

I ordered a headset from them on the 17th of December, payed for that day. The item said it was shipped from their warehouse on the 18th. Australia Post tracking information only said that it had received information about the item, but not the item.

They say shipping between 3-6 business days, that's a lie. The item hadn't arrived by Christmas, the item hadn't arrived by New Years, 2 weeks after it said it was shipped. I tried to contact them twice via email/their contact form with 0 response after their 'response time (1-3 business days)'. I tried calling their customer service line 3 times, once saying nobody was available, and the other 2 times waiting over 20 minutes each for an answer, giving up and hanging up both times.

You just need to look at their facebook page to see how many people are getting absolutely disgusting customer service from this store, and the only response they get is a copy + paste "Oh, sorry, pm us and we'll deal with it." with multiple people saying they didn't even reply after being private messaged with their order details.

Overall a really horrible company that has disgraceful customer service, and dodgy information on their website in terms of where your item is and such. Never going to buy from them again and I suggest you look around before doing it yourself.
