We purchased 8x Mesh Chairs from MD for our boardroom.
A few weeks ago one of the castors fell off one of the chairs. The castor had become distorted, somehow, and would not go back into the chair leg. Rendering the chair unusable.
I contacted MD and thought it would be days before I received any response due to the Global distance and time zones. I received a response in just over an hour (amazing). The Customer Service guy "Ken" asked for pictures, which I sent over and he said new castors would be sent out next week.
I thought, "whoa" *this* is going to take forever. 4x days later, new castors for the chair, perfect fit! I was so amazed I whizzed around the office on the chair to prove its stability and usability, got told off by Boss (whoops).
So PLEASED with the customer service at MD and the speed and efficiency with which they resolve issues. Buy from them!

My replacement Noguchi Coffee Table looks absolutely fantastic. The first one had been delivered with some scratches on the base but when I raised the issue they bent over backwards to resolve it for me. They initially offered a refund to keep the damaged item but when I said I preferred a replacement, this was sent straight away. Great service.

Super helpful service -- I emailed to ask the measurements of a pendant lamp and the customer service team got back to me within a couple of hours. Then after I ordered it arrived exactly when they said it would and in perfect condition. Looks great in my house!

One of the wheels broke on my ergonomic chair so I email them asking where to get a replacement. Couldn't believe the immediate response from them. Not the usual auto-reply then hear about a day or two later which happens from some other websites. I sent a photo of the wheel in question and again an immediate reply saying they'll get one posted out to me. Couldn't be more helpful. Thank you

Having never shopped with Milan Direct before I was a little hesitant with my purchase, however I am very pleased to say that the risk paid off! I now have some great additions to my house! Everyone has commented on the great pieces and asked where I purchased them from, I was almost tempted not to tell them where I purchase from in order to keep it my secret.

The website provided all the dimensions so I measured the space beforehand to make sure it would fit and when I emailed for a final query I received a response confirming how to clean the product correctly (I wanted my purchase to last!).

It's definitely worth spending the money online so I didn't have to deal with the persistent salesperson driving me to the most expensive items!

Will definitely be shopping here again soon!

I ordered the Eileen Gray Side Table - Black - Replica from Milan Direct. It's a very good quality replica and was delivered as expected. Would have preferred more communication from the courier (Milan Direct send a tracking email but the courier company does not call before delivering) but the order arrived inside the time frame indicated.

It was with great trepidation that I initially contacted Milan Direct due to the reviews I read here but nothing ventured, nothing gained!

I needed to place a fairly large order for my office for new office chairs and so I contacted Milan Direct via email to see if they could offer me any discount. Though it wasn't huge, it certainly helped -- especially with free shipping.

I placed my order, still a little worried, but the chairs arrived exactly in the advertised time frame and they are absolutely perfect. There was a slight issue with one of the arms but this was resolved by the company almost immediately!

I will certainly be shopping here again.

I have ordered from Milan Direct many times in the past and have always had a fantastic experience so you can imagine my disappointment when my recent order for the black management office chair arrived damaged. However, when I brought this to Milan's attention they had a replacement dispatched and it turned up in fantastic condition. Great chair, great service!

After being recommended to check out milandirect by a friend I was reluctant to place an order due to the bad reviews. However I fell in love with the "Lounge Chair and Ottoman - Eames Reproduction Black" and was willing to take the risk.

I am very thankful I did! That chair is fantastic quality, exactly as pictured, if not better! The customer service was fantastic and delivery was within the time frame given. I could not be happier. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great quality and great service.

I don't even know where to begin... To sum up our terrible experience I would have to say that the service is terrible, with no UK phone line to answer your calls, the chairs weren't quite what they looked on the website and the quality was well below par. Sent them back at our expense and now subsequently we are out of pocket with zero to show for it. Very rude person sporadically 'assisting' us in the process..infinitely frustrating. Low quality, rude, incompetent. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

After being promised a refund, the eames chair has just arrived with loads of pieces missing. I really cannot understand why this company are still being aloud to trade in the UK. I really wish I had read these reveiws before ordering

after chasing them to find out where my order was, it finally arrived, missing almost all of the hardware to put it together. i now have a disassembled eames lounge chair scattered about my flat, which could barely fit the chair assembled. lovely decoration for valentine's day tomorrow. but hey, at least it's not an extremely easy to scratch plywood! oh wait...

really wish i had found this page before i bought with them.

who knows when/if i will get the hardware to assemble the chair. will update if that happens.
