Taylor Chair looks good but unsafe and not high quality
I purchased two Taylor armchairs, one arrived without any of the bits to put the chair together. I put the other chair together to find out that the seat of the chair does not attach to the back of the chair. This means that when you sit down and move forward the seat falls off the ledge that it sits on. Not practical and not how a chair is meant to be. I'm seeking a refund as it is dangerous for anyone to sit on the chairs without fear of falling.
Milan has been very slow to respond and will not provide a phone number so that I can talk to someone. I would avoid.
Disappointed with delivery
Hi - our boxes were delivered ripped open and some of it they tried to sticky tape up. The chair was showing through the box and had been scratched. When the boxes were delivered the delivery guys - very nice men - literally threw boxes around dropping done to get to ours. We paid a lot extra for delivery if an expensive product and I would have assumed more care and tlc would have been taken to deliver
Waiting for contact
I purchased 10 chairs and 3 of them have scratches on the seat from the way they were packed. I have asked for the chairs to be replaced and they have offered a small compensation but I still want them replaced. I gave not got what I paid for. I have asked via email to be contacted but still have no contact. Disappointed with lack of follow up from Milan direct.

After several phone calls, and emails, there is still no response from Milan Direct re an expected delivery date. Pretty disappointing. Should have learnt my lesson last time I shopped with them. I waited a month before calling them, only to be told the item I ordered was out of stock, with no revised shipping estimate, yet no notification of this. I'm not unreasonable in my delivery expectations, things go wrong which are I'm sure out of their control. I don't think some communication is too much to ask though. Never again!! STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!

Bad customer service Bad company
The table was damaged and your customer service adviser put every obstacle he could in the way of me returning the table. It was very difficult to return the damaged goods.
This caused myself and my partner a lot of stress. Your company doesn't even have a telephone line so we could discuss the return etc?. We could have sorted the problem with one phone call However I had to email you pics of the damaged table, then pics of the package to confirm I had used the correct packaging? This shows a complete lack of trust on your part and a complete waste of everyone's time. It took nearly one whole month for the refund to take place and nearly 20 emails…?
Your sales adviser I dealt with (Ken) seemed sarcastic, rude and very unhelpful in his emails. This is not the way to get replete business. I sometimes give a company a second chance and order again however after the way I've been treated I will not use your company again

Unfortunately the item I ordered was no longer stocked, however they could not have been more helpful in getting back to me promptly and offering me a choice of a similar product. I will defiantly use MD again to make further purchases

Quick delivery and great quality furniture at a competitive price. I did have some fixings missing but they sent me out replacements straight away.

Item received in good order, was well packed and no damage. Arrived in shorter time than specified.
Happy with Dining package, however, communication could have been better.
Our dining package of table and six chairs has all now arrived and I am happy with them.
The chairs were sent separately, however, and a week later than the table. I was feeling very uneasy about this as there was no communication advising the separate deliveries and I found it hard to get in contact with anyone about it.
I also did not realise it all arrived flat packed and it has taken some hours to get it all assembled.

Quick Delivery, slow service on fixing problem with item delivered
The delivery was quick and efficient. There was however a piece missing on a dining chair which could not be then put together. Whilst we are so pleased we are receiving a new chair, the process has been slow. It has been 2 weeks from reporting the item missing and receiving notification that we will be receiving a new one. We are now waiting a least a week for delivery.
Other than the above problem we are very happy with the quality and price of the item.

When I ordered online it said that the product I wanted was on stock and could be delivered within 24 hours yet when my invoice came it said it was going to be delivered te than a month after I placed the order.
