On 14 November 2016, I ordered and paid for a product online. Todate I have had no advise of it's dispatch and we are almost one month on. I am getting anxious.

Milan Direct should not be using Australia Post for the delivery of large furniture items. If you are expected to be home to assist the driver with delivery then you need to use a courier who can give you a definite delivery date and time frame. Aust Post's tracking system is useless and I was given 3 delivery dates, none of which eventuated. Our furniture arrived without notice one Saturday, lucky we were home. It was also 12 days after our order, so the 3-7 days staed on the website wasn't accurate either.

Milan states they are the number one in online shopping.
It is a shame that when your product is delayed and or does not meet what the order states "7 days shipping" and two months later you have no product, that Milan has not got the decency of informing the customer.
With several correspondences and phone calls and no response, I have lost total faith in ever ordering with Milan again! not recommended.

The advertising indicated I was ordering a botton controlled chair. When I received it I found it wasn't.

Bought a side table and it was good quality solid wood and was as per pictures and was shipped quickly - had difficulties with toll ipec doing the delivery but were happy we bought it - this was our first time ordering furniture online so overall good experience

Purchased a large coffee table on clearance and I was very pleased with the quality and stylish design of table!
Even more so when it arrives within two days.

The worst package product ever. Parts of the chair had punctured the box. It was a miracle that it all arrived at all

I purchased a floor lamp (which i love) but unfortunately having some difficulty in purchasing the correct size globe. Maybe consider supplying 1 globe with lamps

But their driver delivers the item after 6th attempt . it was a bit annoying

I have started ordering from Milan and its sister company and have not been disappointed with quality , efficiency and speed of orders in the 3 orders i have done so far. Long may it continue as I am not usually an internet buyer.
