Fast shipping professional service

Customer service staff responded well once I could connect with them.

The bbq set I bought for a christmas present but when I received it.It was the best I have ever seen. So I ordered one for myself. Plus I have not seen one like this in the shops.
The quality is outstanding. I am so happy with the SET

I placed $2000 worth of orders on 14 November 2016. Today is 8-Dec-2016. There is still $500 plus of goods NOT yet delivered. And NO communication from Milan as to when they will deliver or any mention of a refund. Speaking to a human is impossible additionally.

Comfortable chair, got delivery information e mail the day after the chair actually arrived ! Customer service slow to respond when I questioned delivery charge & change to my order but got there in the end - if you experience this issue them message on Facebook as the lady who monitors it gets things moving !!

We bought a fancy expensive lounge chair. It arrived with a 1cm tear on the leather seat, and while assembling it it became obvious that the screws and holes on the ottoman were misaligned and didn't fit properly. Overall, this suggests the product is not very high quality.

We contacted customer service to point out the issues, and so far they have not resolved the problem. Will update this review if they do.

I was quite happy with purchase I made thru Milan direct online. I was not very happy with delivery off my purchase as the courier did not bother to delivery it to our front door, he left it inside our security gates where someone let him and he just left it inside so I had to drag the heavy box and then find someone to help me carry them up the stairs to my front door. I say driver was very lazy and couldnt be bothered to actually drop it off at our door.

Wrong furniture arrived. Had to arrange pickup of wrong furniture and wait for correct furniture. Delivery was reschedule but no one turned up and I waited all day for delivery. Milan Direct seriously needs to reconsider using another delivery company if they want to keep their customers.

I'm still waiting for the correct furniture to arrive. Incredibly frustrating experience.

Twice paid for item when it was not in stock. Very good entertainment unit. Dumped on our doorstep without warning.

I bought a Lounge Chair on Milan Direct and would not be home for delivery until a certain date due to work commitments. I emailed this to Milan Direct and they changed the shipping date and delivery to me to the dates I requested. I received the Chair on the day I had asked.

I made my purchases based on delivery dates offered on the website and so had a reasonable expectation that I would receive goods within the time frames offered and that only happened to a degree with some items shipping and others not. Subsequently things I had ordered weren't available and some items I am still waiting on and will be weeks rather than days as promised. I am still awaiting replacement of a damaged item. It's all just a bit slow really.
