Yes, unfortunately the litigation process is intrinsically slow, not least because this is the largest group action working its way through the Court system at the moment. We estimate claims take 3 to 5 years. No claimants in the Group Litigation Order have received compensation yet as the central case against Mercedes-Benz is on-going. Please be assured that we are making progress and believe we will get there in the end. Do stick with us!
