I made a phone call to Military Injury…

I made a phone call to Military Injury in regard to a non-answered email, contents which sought information not provided by Military Injuries after they had finalised a response from Veterans UK.
I had requested these details from the start as part of my claim.
On contacting the Lawyer by phone i had explained i had not received a reply at which the Lawyer became extremely aggressive towards myself and insisted he had sent a reply.
After explaining i would not tolerate his aggression in regard to a simple email request for information he agreed he would provide his shouted response was "You are just a typical squaddie aren't you"?

I was astounded by his attitude and contents of this remark considering his line of work.
