I have to say this is definitely my best online experience ever! (And this for someone who uses the internet a lot!!!) Initially I rang Millers Jewellers and got to speak to Richard who answered all my questions very efficiently and ended up giving me a further discount also on the watch I was interested in. After ordering, the order got dispatched the very same day, and was delivered to my door only 2 days later (all the way to Ireland!). Watch arrived in excellent condition with the time preset etc. Excellent service and highly recommended!!!

I recently purchased a Citizen eco-drive Titanium Commando Watch for my husband's Christmas, purchasing online, their site was straightforward and the check-out was done with ease. Just a couple of hours later I received an email advising that the watch had been despatched by Special Delivery and would arrive either the next morning or the following day (Saturday), it duly arrived on the Saturday morning. This delivery service was free!! In addition to the wonderful service, their price could not be beaten and my husband is absolutely delighted with his watch.

I have some jewellery repairs required so I will be using Millers again with no hesitation.

I was kept informed about the status of my order by text and telephone. The watch was very well packed and looks great. Would recommend in future.

I bought the watch for my partner for Christmas, it was on offer for an excellent price. I ordered it on Wednesday during my lunch, within an hour I had an email telling me it had been dispatched. 8am the next morning it was delivered! Fantastic.

I only found Millers by chance, whilst surfing. I will check their site FIRST in future for all similar purchases. I would recommend Millers to everyone .

I ORDERED A CITIZEN ECO DRIVE FOR MY PARTNER WHICH ARRIVED ON THE DAY STATED WHEN I ORDERED. THE ITEM WAS WELL PACKAGED SO NO DAMAGES. I HAD SEEN THE WATCH ON VARIOUS OTHER WEBSITES FOR SLIGHTLY MORE MONEY SO BOUGHT FROM MILLERS AFTER READING REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT. I WILL ALWAYS TRY TO BUY FROM FAMILY/LOCAL BUSINESS AS YOU TEND TO GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WATCH ITSELF IS PERFECT FOR MY PARTNER BUT IS A XMAS PRESENT SO DONT KNOW WHAT SHE THINKS YET. I WOULD RECOMMEND MILLERS TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY AN ITEM OF JEWELLERY.

Ordered watch for husband's Xmas, first class service, received an email straight away informing me of dispatch and when expected - watch arrived the next day. Compared the price on lots of websites and this was the best value for money. Have told everyone about the site.

I bought my son a Rotary watch from Millers for his 21st birthday, when I bought it I was really impressed by their service. This year (6yrs later) his current watch still working well and has just been serviced, I asked him what he would like to celebrate the passing of another year, without hesitation, he suggested another watch from Millers.
Ordering was easy, delivery fabulous, asked for Thursday, got Thursday. You really can't get much better

Found my watch on the internet and Millers were the cheapest by far and with free postage! They even emailed me to say when it had been dispatched and when it should arrive, it was well wrapped and arrived on time. Will check them out again in the future!

Within minutes of placing my order I was contacted by Millers Jewellers checking the wording we wanted engraving on our son's watch also we were told when it would be despatched and the time slot on the day we would receive it. Excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Millers Jewellers website is easy to navigate; I chose and ordered a watch but was contacted almost immediately to say that unfortunately the watch was unavailable; Millers apologised and made suggestions for either a replacement or a complete and immediate refund. I was very impressed by this prompt, caring and personal customer service and chose a second watch which quickly arrived. Millers kept me informed about the progress of dispatch and delivery details at all times. It's a beautiful rotary watch, a gift for my husband, and he is really pleased with it.
