I was a little hesitant about using a website I have never heard of before but I took a chance. Thankfully it paid off as there was good communication via email and the watch was delivered the next day before 1pm. Great service and stunning watch.

Brought a Citizen Red Arrows watch. Really impressed with the price and the delivery within a couple of days (in the week before Christmas, whichis notoriously difficult for fast reliable delivery). I would definately by from Miller Jewellers again.

The original watch I ordered was out of stock and discontinued by manufacturer. I was offered an alternative, more expensive watch, at the same price, and it arrived the next day.

Millers are new to me, never ever having ordered through them before. I wanted a particular watch which I could not get elsewhere, for the price, and they had it, They posted it off to me as soon as they could and it was with me the next day. The watch looks lovely and I think my daughter, Jane will be more than delighted with it.

They kept me informed all the way through the buying process. Communication was excellent, from their connection with the supplier to me as the customer. The watch was delivered quickly, and is a lovely product to wear casually or on an evening out. Would buy from them again, no hesitation.

Wanted a special watch for my husband for our ruby wedding anniversary. Looked for ages on the internet then found just what I wanted on Millers, at the best price beating all the other sites. Watched arrived within two days, with a timed special delivery on a Saturday. Take a look it may not be the best known site but the service and value are brilliant!

Brilliant service, payment showed that it hadn't processed online however after a quick call to them confirmation was given that order was placed and even sent a separate email to confirm. You can select delivery date which is perfect compared to other companies who don't provide this service!! All round brilliant business would definitely recommend and use again. Trust me independent jewellers and shops always provide better service. Thanks Millers!!!

I wanted to buy a very specific Rotary watch for my mother for Christmas, Millers Jewelers were the cheapest I could find online. They didn't have it in stock for a couple of days but Richard from Millers kept me informed and I received it within 3 days of ordering it. I probably wouldn't have noticed that it wasn't in stock but they were very honest with me. I will use them again.

We are truly amazed that we found a great price on a quality product and ordered on a Sunday and had it delivered free on Tuesday morning.

I found the watch at a better price than elsewhere. It was ordered, dispatched and received within 3 days. I really couldn't ask for any better service...and they managed to send me an e-mail to tell me it was on its way, too.
