If you are looking to buy a quality Citizen watch at a very competitive price I have no hesitation in recommending Millers of Wolverhampton. From the original transaction to the delivery of my watch I was kept fully informed not only by email but because the delivery was expected to be a day late by a telephone call also.

I had seen a watch I liked a few years ago and made a note of the model number thinking that I would one day buy it. However, I thought I had left it too late when I came to buy it years later and realised that it was pretty much out of stock everywhere. I tried pretty much every online retailer but it was out of stock in all of them. I extended my search overseas and searched European and US watch shops but, once again, had the same result - out of stock. I was upset and annoyed with myself that I had not bought it when I first saw it years ago. However, I browsed a bit more without searching for the specific watch model number and saw it on the Millers website. I was sceptical as their online stock numbers do not seem to be real-time with the physical stock. I thought I would take a chance and place an order anyway. I genuinely expected a phonecall to tell me it was out of stock. However, it arrived the next day! I know a watch it not something people normally get over excited about but I certainly was. I can not thank Millers enough. If that wasn't all good enough, the watch from Millers was about 30% less than everywhere else that was 'out of stock'.

Go to millers web site excellent service and excellent prices but most of all excellent response to to my order kept in touch from ordering to receiving my watch will definitely use again.

I ordered a watch on a Monday and at my request it arrived by special delivery first thing Wednesday morning - expertly packaged and beautifully presented. It's a lovely watch and the price was very competitive.

Goods exactly as described and despateched promptly.

Found a watch I liked on the website for Millers and ordered it. I then got an email from them stating that the watch was out of stock but had a couple of alternatives I could pick from but I didn't like them. Even though one of them was dearer and was offered at the same price as what I ordered. I cancelled the order and they did refund the money immediately but I still felt let down especially as the web site was still showing it as available..

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Citizen ladies watch FC0000 59D

I ordered a Citizen watch from the web-site and paid. I then received a telephone call the next day to say that the item was not in stock. I did query why the company could not just have said this on the web-site and save the customer the hassle of paying and then having to be refunded. The man who called was apologetic; and did ensure payment was returned to my account promptly (and an email to this effect).
The result is that I would still consider Millers again, as I think their underlying customer service is good. But they do need to ensure that they prevent customers paying for items they do not have via better stock control.

I ordered 2 Rotary watches from Millers and they arrived within the specified delivery dates. Unfortunately I needed to return one of the watches because the dial was too small and I could not see it even with my specs on but this was not Millers fault. I emailed them to find out their returns policy and shortly afterwards I received a telephone call and was advised to return the watch by registered post and a refund would be arranged upon receipt. I returned to watch as advised and the next day I received a further telephone call advising me that they had received the watch and a refund had been arranged. The gentleman I spoke to on both occasions was extremely polite with a no nonsense approach to returns. Assuming my refund goes ahead as promised and I am sure it will then I would not hesitate to use Millers again in the future.

Ordered on internet and confirmation e-mail was backed up by a telephone call very soon after. In the pre Christmas rush next day delivery was not able to be guaranteed so they contacted me by phone to see if an alternative date or delivery location was more suitable for me. As it happened it was and with Miller's contacting me to arrange this it saved that frustrating experience we all have on occasion of staying in all day waiting for a delivery that never arrives.

I am very pleased with the level of service and communication and they were competitive on price too! I will certainly be buying from Millers Jewellers again in the future!

I have bought a watch on two occasions now from Millers and been so impressed with
