Miller's is so much more than just a shop. The jewellery and watches are all excellent quality and great value. Their repairs service is great and the after care for sales from them is fantastic. But what really puts them streets ahead of anyone else is their customer service. We have been using the shop for many years now and just wouldn't go anywhere else. They are helpful, friendly and extremely accommodating, we have never had any problem and they always go the extra mile to please. They have an excellent range including new and second hand -their timeless treasures collection is always very tempting, and on many occasions they have found wonderful pieces on request, and if they can't find it then they will make it, with their great bespoke service. We are always nothing less than thrilled with everything they do for us, and can't recommend them highly enough. You simply won't get a better service ANYWHERE else.

The ordering process was very simple, the price was very attractive and the item arrived the next day, as promised. Can't praise Millers highly enough - would recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

Not only was I impressed that the exact item I wanted was cheaper than every other place I'd seen it but the fact that I received a call within an hour of ordering to let me know that it wasn't in stock so they needed to get it in which would delay the delivery by a day. I hadn't expected such a quick delivery anyway (especially as it was free) and such a lovely polite man on the phone. I am very happy with the service. Within 48 hours I had the order in perfect condition. Good old fashioned customer care.

Trawling the web for a particular item Millers were as cheap as many non-high street based companies. What raised them into the 5* zone was the prompt and personal service. Nice to see old fashioned values of good customer service remain.

So impressed with Millers Jewellers - was looking for a specific watch and enquired for availability. The watch had to be ordered from the manufacturer, but was still with me within 3 days with links removed just as requested. Had great E-Mail comms to keep me informed of status. Cannot fault quality of service at all. Thank you!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH MILLERS JEWELLERS WAS EXCELLENT. EMAILS WERE ANSWERED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY, AND THEY WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. ONCE MY ORDER WAS PLACED, I RECEIVED THE ORDER THE VERY NEXT DAY. IT IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY, THAT OBVIOUSLY LOOKS AFTER THEIR CUSTOMERS. PERFECT!!!!

Rotary watch ordered on line at 1.40 pm on day 1, and delivered by 9.00 am on day 2.
I had tried the watch on in John Lewis that morning, which was priced at £179, and my wife tried to persuade to buy it there and then. Amazon had it at £99 and then I found Millers, Jewellers where the price was only £85. It was a no brainer, - handsome watch, excellent value and superb service. If I shall need another, I shall known where to come!

I knew that I wanted a particular Skagen watch. Searched the internet for days and this shop provided the best price. Not only that, the service was exceptional. No need to go to the 'big' companies for best value and service. Thank you Millers - particularly James.

I was delighted with the service received from Millers Jewellers. The watch I ordered was nearly half the price of the same watch in the high street jewellers and it was delivered less than 24 hours after I placed the order. I would recommend them 100%.

Guess what, my husband had been in the dog-house so he bought me a lovely watch. It arrived in just a few days and was well packaged. He did say that he used this jewellers as the price was very good, oh the cheapskate.

Great all round service. The Citizen watch I purchased was good value and worked perfectly. Just what I wanted. When I had to contact them regarding delivery, Richard was extremely helpful and pleasant....oh what a nice surprise that was!!
