I ordered this watch for my Husband on July 15th at 20.56pm on line, the watch arrived on the July 17th at 11.30am as promised. I had several E mails from James updating me and advising me when to expect delivery.

I was looking for a watch to mark 25 years service similar to the ones previously provided. I found Millers on google and from then it was so easy for me. The service was first class, the checks on the engraving appreciated not once but twice. Delivery was promised and was on time. Plus the price was very competitive. I know where to go for the next one..

I ordered the watch and requested a certain delivery date. I was emailed to confirm this and also a time window for delivery. Service was spot on. The watch itself was just as expected and came well packaged.

I ordered a Rotary pocket watch as a present for my best man for my wedding. Unfortunately the watch was out of stock but they kindly ordered me one in.

There was a slight delay (48 hours) with Rotary sending out the watch, Millers jewellers were excellent in keeping me regularly informed of progress without me needing to chase and James who was dealing with my order provided a first class customer service - they even offered me free engraving as a gesture of goodwill for the delay.

I found them to be very competitive on price and would highly recommend them. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

I purchased my new watch with reservations as it was very much cheaper than I had seen in the shops. It arrived as promised following several e- mails to keep me updated and was just as described.
The service I received was second to none. Especially from James who even replied to my e-mail after the watch had arrived advising me on the cost of taking out links and what I should pay.
I would highly recommend Millers as they treat you as a customer should be treated and not as a number.

I was delighted to find the Rotary watch I had been looking for at such a reasonable price. It was even better when free engraving was offered. The service was friendly and very efficient. My only disappointment was the faulty strap buckle. However, this was sorted out immediately with a smile. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Millers Jewellers to friends and family.

I recently purchased a Citizen watch from Millers Jewellers for my son's 21 st birthday present. Unfortunately the watch he'd originally selected was no longer available, as Citizen had discontinued the model. Following my online order, Millers emailed me with an apology and alternative suggestions in a similar style to the one he'd originally chosen. It was also nice to receive an unprompted phone call, to ensure we were happy with their service, and I liaised with James and Richard about choosing an alternative model. Once chosen, Millers fulfilled the new order quickly, keeping me informed throughout the process, and refunded the balance promptly. As a gesture of good will, they also engraved a short message on the watch back. It is so refreshing to find good old-fashioned service and value like this in today's online retail world, and I told them so!.

Bought my wife a watch for our wedding anniversary, The watch was delivered 24 hours later, beautifully packaged and at slightly over half the price of a high street retailer.
