I know what you're thinking, why is this website a lot cheaper than any other..... The answer is I don't know and I definitely don't care! I thought I would put them to the test... I ordered the watch on a Sunday afternoon and requested it by Tuesday. Tuesday came and there was the watch waiting for me! I can't recommend this website enough! I hope you can use this as a trustworthy review!

The service received from Millers Jewellers was second to none, I would have no hesitation in using them again and would definately recommend them.

I saw the Skagen watch, which I purchased from Millers, while on a cruise in America and admired it. I was sorry that I did not purchase it at that time but it stuck in my mind. My husband decided I should buy it as a birthday present from him. Millers price matched the duty free price. The watch was sent to me quickly and securely and I was delighted with it.

The service I received was amazing! I bought a watch from Millers for my boyfriends birthday. I was worried because it was a surprise but Millers assured me I would be able to have a full refund so I went ahead with the purchase. I was informed at every stage of the process and was very happy when I received my purchase. It was in lovely packaging and my boyfriend loved it! Amazing value for money!

I ordered a Rotary watch for my boyfriend's birthday in the first week of September. I found the exact one I had been looking for and it had £90 off the RRP too - perfect! About an hour after I placed my order I received a call from Millers Jewellers to let me know that the watch wasn't available until October. It was on the website but I hadn't noticed on my excitement of finding it. I stressed the need for it for the following week and they assured me they would do their best to track one down. They had already been in contact with Rotary to explain the situation. A few days after, I got an email to say that they had found one for me and it was sent special delivery the next day. It was a few days until my boyfriends birthday so the stress was gone. He was absolutely over the moon with it and I am now the best girlfriend ever! I feel the staff at Millers Jewellers really did have my happiness and satisfaction in mind and they 100% delivered. I will definitely use Millers Jewellers again! Thanks

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend millers jewellers. The product I ordered was out of stock but millers ordered it direct from the suppliers and it arrived within a couple of days. Excellent service and very competitive prices.

I purchased my Radio Controlled Watch from this Company last week the experience was good old fashion first class service. The transaction was completed and delivered in two days absolutely wonderful this despite them awaiting a delivery themselves, AMAZING. Well packed and delivered by 1300hrs the following day. Well what more could you ask for. This company will be my only Watch dealer in the future.

The e mails were clear regarding when the watch was delivered, and it arrived on time as expected. The watch was lovely, even nicer than its picture. However, the box was only wrapped in brown paper, rather than bubble wrap, so it was a bit worse for wear at the corners, which was a shame, as it was a 21st gift, so it would have been nice to have been able to present a pristine box. Would use this company again though.

Watch ordered online on Thursday 7th August, (Millers are closed on Thursday). Received email from James advising out of stock situation on Friday 8th August, stock to be available for despatch Monday 11th August.
Received further email on Monday 11th August stating that watch had been despatched. Watch received, delivered by Royal Mail, at 10.30am Tuesday
12th August.
Watch exactly as described and £40.00 cheaper than anywhere else.

I was looking for a specific watch for my husband and googled it. Millers came up as having it in stock at a very very reasonable price. Excellent customer service, communication and delivery. I will definitely use this company again.

I had thoroughly researched the internet to replace my Rotary watch that had been lost while on holiday. Not only did Millers Jewellers have the exact watch that I wanted in stock from a large range available,but they supplied it promptly and efficiently at a price that was considerably less than that offered by other suppliers.

I was delighted with my purchase and have no hesitation in heartily recommending Millers to anyone seeking value for money.

I was a little cautious at first as I wasn't familiar with Millers but I had nothing. To worry about. They were very helpful from the start, right through the sale.
