The watch is excellent as I would have expected (this was my second Bulova watch), but the service received from Millers Jewellers was spot on with very fast free delivery. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

My wife was delighted with the Citizen eco-drive watch and I was delighted with the price and service. Very quick delivery.

This is the first time I've purchased a watch from Millers. Ordered it Friday 26th December 2014 & delivered as agreed a.m.Tuesday 30th December by recorded delivery. The Rotary ladies' watch supplied was exactly as specified and cost £79, which was £45 less than the price shown in a leading jeweller in Cribbs Causeway (Bristol) retail park. I would recommend Millers to anybody wishing make a similar purchase. An excellent service overall.

Even though my order was not fulfilled due to a mistake by Rotary,Millers were good enough to make me a very good alternative offer but as the watch was a present for someone else i asked for a refund.This would in no way deter me from using them again.

I ordered a watch for my adult son for Xmas last Sunday evening. I rang Millers the following morning as I was worried I would not be at home to sign for it and the gentleman was parcelling it up at that moment so changed the address to my work and it arrived the following morning in excellent condition. The price was also the most competitive. I shall shop with them again and wholeheartedly recommend.

I recently purchased a Skagen watch from Millers Jewellers, not having heard of them before I was a little bit apprehensive about giving my card details etc. However, they provided an excellent service and kept me informed every step of the way. My watch arrived when they said it would and I am delighted with it. Good price and excellent service, will be happy to use them again.

I saw this watch - Rotary for £319 in a Jewellers near where I work, I took the model number and put it in Google search, some sites were selling it for £249 some for £319, but Millers was selling it for £164 nearly half the price! Couldn't fault the service; they emailed me to tell me the watch would arrive the next day by guaranteed post, sure enough next day it was there. I am so pleased with it. I will definitely recommend Millers 100%.

I ordered a gents gold watch from Millers. The service was second to none. The watch arrived securely packed and perfectly engraved within two days. Remarkable service at a very, very good price. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Very good prices and great service. Purchased one watch from their web site and one through Amazon. They were put together and sent on the day I wanted. Advised 90 minutes before delivery. Goods were well packed and in perfect condition. The best service I have received during an Internet purchase!

I emailed Millers to see if they could do a price match on a ladies Rotary watch. They replied immediately, agreeing to the price and offered free next day Special Delivery. I made my purchase and it turned up the next morning as promised. Definitely deserve a 5* rating.
