I recently purchased a watch from Millers Jewellers. I was not happy with the watch for a few reasons. They completely understood and asked me to return the watch. They went head over heels to make the exchange by working with the watch manufacturer and they were efficient and expedient. I live in the US. I would not have any reservation in making another purchase from Millers. The exceptional customer service provided by James and Richard was outstanding and unquestionably the best I've ever had with an international purchase. Found the watch I was looking at a price better than amazon and other online stores. Prompt delivery, was shipped through Next day service, delighted!

excellent service throughout, Item cheaper then elsewhere and kept me fully informed as to when item had been dispatched and when I could expect to receive it. Came by next days delivery, would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Found this Company by browsing the web. I knew the make and model of watch I wanted and had compared prices with other retailers. On contacting Millers I was able to negotiate a price that was acceptable . The price I paid almost matched the other retailers. The level of service from James was quick and very helpful. The watch arrived the day after my online purchase. Would have no hesitation in recommending this Company and would buy from them again.

Had some initial reservations with ordering a watch from overseas but that was all set aside after Rich addressed my concerns. Great service, prompt replies even with a 6 hour time difference. The watch was posted the day of transaction and received within 7 days here in the US.

I ordered a replacement 9ct gold rotary watch (for an old one sadly irreparable) at a very competitive price having trawled the internet. I ordered a watch for my wife this Xmas. Unfortunately it was not in stock and would have been late for Xmas. As a result Millers offered to send me a more expensive version of the watch for the same price which arrived in time.
