Watch arrived next day, complete with hand written gift note, lovely watch and one happy wife.

The online process was easy & secure, and I was contacted the next day by the staff. They were able to advise me about a better watch, were very helpful and knowledgeable and as a result I am very happy with my purchase. It arrived the next day, well packaged and as described. I got a good deal on it and felt that they had given me very good service. I would use them again without reservation.

This company still offer a fantastic personal professional service even though my order was initially just generated via the internet. After researching the product this company were by far the cheapest on line. However that said, because of the personal sevice / contact I would have paid a price in line with their other competitors.

Customer service is excellent delivered when it said it would be, only Criticism I would have is that the box was a little marked and the cushion the watch is wraped aroundwas ripped.

I wanted a small feminine dress watch and found this one in your site. I ordered Sunday night and had it on my wrist on Tuesday night. Well packaged and tracked package. I would not hesitate to use the site again or recommend to friends.

I ordered a watch for my husband for our Ruby wedding but unfortunately it took longer to obtain from manufacturer. Millers kept me informed and assured me they would get it to me by our anniversary. They were always polite and helpful and offered to engrave the watch free of charge and also give me a presentation box. I thought their service was excellent and can highly recommend them.

Bought as a present, arrived very promptly and nicely packaged.
