Millets - Barnstaple Reviews 

After getting nowhere with customer service via email I went along to my local store and after explaining my issue with a product purchased online the staff member was very helpful, I was refunded for the item that didn't work as it should and although he couldn't replace the item, I was informed where I could get a replacement locally. I was served by Elliot in Millets on the High street in Barnstaple. Great product knowledge and excellent customer service. 5 star rating.

Elliot was superb. Helped me deciding on walking boots. Did not have my size in the end and so he ordered them to be delivered to home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Really friendly staff, both Rob and the lovely lady - who is always so helpful when I go to Millets. Nothing too much trouble. Up-sold in a friendly and humorous way. Knowledgeable. It is because of staff such as this, that I don't buy online.

I paid for the shoes and received email confirmation only for 2nd email after leaving the store stating shoes not available! Know have to go back to store to get refund!

I was in the store today with an unusual situation having purchased a waterproof raincoat from Blacks online and having been advised to take it to Millets as my nearest store. Rob and Jeremy were incredibly helpful and resolved my issue very quickly.

Elliot was very helpful in my search for some good walking/hiking shoes and patient with my indecisiveness as it’s difficult to find comfortable shoes.

Very nice experience, the shop assistant was there ready to help if needed without being over egar and gave me lots of useful information.

Visited Barnstaple branch and was served by Elliott. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Vango Henley Tailgate Awning. He gave very good advice and the order was placed. Delivery arrived less than 24 hours later. Have not tried it yet, but hope to do so when the weather improves. Well done Elliott.

I was really impressed with the advice from Elliot in helping me to understand the different options regarding heavyweight socks in particular. He took time to explain things and I actually purchased more items than initialky intended, which I am pleased with.
