Returned a faulty tent. Rob and jeremey were very helpful and I was out the store with a brand new tent in no time at all. Only if all return experiences were like this one! Thanks gents for making it so straight forward

Had to return a faulty tent bought online, so decided to drop it to my local store rather than wait in for collection. The plan was to return faulty tent and reorder the same one. Unfortunately it was now out of Stock.
Massive thanks to Mitch who's customer service was outstanding, offered us advice and sorted us an excellent deal on a replacement tent.

Excellent advice and guidance from Rob in store. Help given to choose right product

Elliot was very good knowing his facts and explaining not gust waht was good and bad but what things were practical

Elliott took the time to explain pros and cons of what we were looking for without just pushing us to the most expensive item but rather what suited us best. Really appreciate this high level of customer service from him and the rest of the staff in the store.

I went into the Barnstaple shop of Millets to buy another pair of trousers. I am a size 30 and I picked up a pair of this size and took it to the checkout. Fortunately the person who served me (Rob) asked whether I really wanted a size 30 short. I was very pleased he did this as I was actually looking for a size 30 regular. Had I found this out when I got home I would have had to make another unnecessary trip into town so many thanks to Rob for being on the ball

Great service from Jeremy in Millets Barnstaple today. Went in for 2 OS maps and happy to find they had stock of all the maps you could want at the cheapest price 👍🏻

Went into the store to pick up some tech wash for clothing, Jeremy the sales assistant was very helpful.

After breaking ankle last year needed good pair of supportive books to get walking again but have wider feet and a lot don't fit! Staff in local shop knew best makes to get for me to try, one mid price and one more expensive, gave me advice but also left me to make my mind up in my own time and didn't put any pressure on me. Bought Peter Storm Caldbeck (ladies) which are fine and pretty sure they are going to comfortable, so happy with this purchase all round.
