New walking boots
We were looking for new boots for my daughter who is training for Ten Tors (Dartmoor) and Elliott was brilliant, He brought a variety of boots to try and his knowledge explaining each pair of boots attributes was outstanding.
We bought some new boots; daughter happy with boots, Dad happy only one shop visited.

Excellent customer experience at Millets Barnstaple
The customer experience at Millets, Barnstaple, is excellent. Elliott served me, yesterday, when I bought new walking boots. I tried a pair on, for fitting, but the colour I preferred wasn’t available in the shop. Elliott went to great lengths to order exactly what I wanted and couldn’t have been more helpful. The boots have already arrived and look great. Being a repeat customer at this branch, this excellent service is typical in my experience.
