Good customer service from Barnstable Store
Having tried to purchase a Turbo Flame lighter in Millets at Newquay and Bodmin whilst on holiday without success, I visited Millets at Barnstable who offered to order it for me and have it sent to my home. Mitch went above and beyond what the other stores had done and I came out a happy customer.

Great customer service
Visited local store looking for walking boots. The assistant (Mitch) was helpful and constructive and did not push for a sale. I tried several brands and types and found one that was great. It was at Mitch’s suggestion that I tried this one and it was the best. I was left with a very positive impression of the company and Mitch.
