We were served by James who was exceptional. Fantastic knowledge and service, exactly what retail needs. Passionate people to give you a reason to go in to the store. If all retailers had a ‘James’ the high street would be booming. Well done and keep up the good work

James' service was faultless
James' service was fautless - he took the time to listen, understand my budget and needs. I also witness him having to have a conversation with a difficult customer, which he handled calmly and professionally.

We are visitors to Bath....
We are visitors to Bath and have never been to this branch before. The two staff we spoke to, were very helpful and personable. We bought two Peter Storm waterproof jackets. Gary who served us and with whom we paid, was very friendly, and chatty explaining there was a new line of Peter Storm clothing, so what we were buying was of the new design. We had a nice chat which made the experience even nicer. I told him he'd been very nice and helpful.

Lovely store and staff
On a weekend break visited great Millets store in Bath - everything stocked and well laid out. Friendly and very helpful service from a very nice guy James. Bought a hat (Tilley) for sun shade and walking trips and it’s perfect
