James in the Bath store was so helpful and knowledgeable to help get a decent sleeping bag for my teenage son who is doing DofE. He gave me a good discount as well which didn't even have to ask for. Both him and his colleagues were friendly as i entered the store and were more happy to help

I visited millets in the bath store today to replace my faulty walking shoes I got served Gary and Josh who were kindly happy to help j showed my receipt and i had my old shoes replaced for some new ones. I will be visiting this store again

Good outdoor store and service
I thought the range of items inside was good and many were on sale including a hat I bought which was warm and comfy. Excellent service from staff and clean and tidy around shop.

Childs Berghaus Coat
