Staff that know their products very well
I had been searching online for months to replace the bag I'd had for 20 years. I told James the specifications of what i needed and without hesitation he found my bag. Ive been using it for a month now and love it, hope it lasts 20 years too. Thanks SO much for your help!

What made our experience great was Alex. Often in specialist shops staff can be a little intimidating when you ask questions. Alex had great knowledge and was not intimidating at all, he really took time to explain answers to our questions and guide us through what we needed. He showed us the equipment for DofE. He went through alternatives. Helped fit the ruck sack and talked us through boots and dry bags. He was really great. We felt he really wanted us to get the right stuff not the most expensive. Overall the prices were good. Money is tight at the moment. Millets has a good range of kit that helped us keep costs down. Many thanks to Alex and Millets. Wishing both all the best for the future
