I have always had great experiences at this store and with all the staff and today was yet another one! Nancy was lovely and very helpful, bought myself a bargain of a hiking backpack ready to use this weekend! Love to all the staff, great store :)

Very well stocked shop for hiking supplies with fair prices, especially since they accept student discount. Big thanks to Lilly who was extremely helpful, even comparing map prices against competitors like amazon for me. And yes, they were cheaper here.

Being able to ring up and check stock availability and for the item to be put to one side. The staff were so welcoming and friendly when we arrived. This was the only place that we could find which stocked what we needed. So nice to have a proper camping shop in Bodmin. Many thanks

Popped into Millets in Bodmin whilst on holiday, and had the pleasure of meeting Hannah, who was managing things whilst on loan from her store in Plymouth. Very knowledgeable and professional, but her manner and outstanding sense of humour really made the day. Did we make a purchase? Of course we did. Went in for a pair of trousers and bought three things. I'm a sucker for a bit of service!

Just bought a new pair of walking boots in the sale already a bargain at £49 instead of £120. While paying for them my National Trust membership card fell out of my wallet and store supervisor Jamie informed me that would get me a further 15% discount. I had no idea that was even a thing. And that ladies and gentlemen is how you do customer service. Also a mention to his colleague Lilly who also was outstanding.

Stephen in the Bodmin branch was fantastic today... Helpful not pushy, friendly and chatty taking an interest and giving some great tips for our forthcoming holiday, a destination he has visited. I bought an expensive pair of hiking shoes that I love and felt encouraged but under no pressure to complete my purchase.

Claire and Nancy were fantastic, I wanted to buy another North face pair of shoes, but they were always above the £100 Mark with only a pound off. They were able to give a discount that brought it down into the 80s. Thank you.
