Claire and Nancy were fantastic, I wanted to buy another North face pair of shoes, but they were always above the £100 Mark with only a pound off. They were able to give a discount that brought it down into the 80s. Thank you.

I went to buy a certain make of trainer I liked however the size was unavailable The gentleman that served me was extremely helpful he came up with a few other suggestions .He took note of my feedback when I was trying each pair as to width and whether they were waterproof or not.Some makes so vary he was well aware of this.

Great experience shopping for walking boots for myself and my husband- usually so stressful as he hates all clothes and shoe shopping.

The staff (Rebecca, Claire and Jamie) were so knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We could browse but they were always there when needed to advise and assist. The items we bought - boots, walking pole, socks etc. were all of a very high quality. The high street needs such useful shops offering such a personal service! Much valued!

Popped in to Bodmin Millets to have a browse and ended up buying walking shoes for both myself and my wife. Excellent deals and the two ladies were extremely friendly and helpful.

Went to the store as I got a birthday discount code. Loads to chose from clothing wise, tee shirts, fleeces and I ended up with a bargain coat. Rebecca and Claire were helpful showing me where the mirror was to see if I looked great 🤣. Looking forward to shopping there again!

I went in with my two children looking for walking / trail shoes for myself and my son. Stephen was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He was friendly and chatted away to my kids. Great shopping experience.

The entire team at this branch were outstanding friendly informative and welcoming when we visited in late summer 2024 - we bought 2 pairs of walking shoes two packs of socks all thoughtfully advised by the team there - our 3 month Labrador was also made very welcome with treats and kindness - Thanknyou Millets Bodmin - Outstanding to have such stores still on our high streets, let’s keep it that way!

Popped in here to see if I could p-p-p—pick up a parka (not a penguin lol) in the sale and walked out with exactly what I wanted at a fantastic price plus a second bargain jacket as well. Also had a lovely chat with the staff who couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. Great shopping experience from start to finish. It’s what the High Street should be about and how it used to be before we all started shopping online. Thanks team!
