Very friendly helpful staff. Rang Rebecca in morning and asked to put an item back for me to pick up later that was in sale, when I picked up the price came up different from online and they changed the price with no problems.

Millets Bodmin rescued my holiday
Millets Bodmin rescued my holiday! I turned out to have left my walking boots at home and so was very pleased to be able to buy some sturdy trainers here at a very good price. Very helpful and friendly staff who knew the products well. Thank goodness there are still high street stores like this! Thanks very much Millets Bodmin.

Exceptional service
Rebecca was super friendly and helpful as ever. She let me stomp around in the shoes before I bought them and nothing was too much trouble. So much nicer going on here and getting service with a smile unlike some other outdoor clothing shops I’ve been in. Will definitely be back

Top banana customer service at Bodmin store
The staff were super helpful (especially one female member of staff). I had a problem with a gift voucher which they helped me navigate through and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I found all the products I wanted to purchase and had a great experience. Thank you for your assistance.
