Bodmin store staff
The two ladies at the store in Bodmin were absolutely brilliant. They couldn't find what I was after so looked into their store room and located the product. They are Peter Storm tops. The ladies only had one, but due to the sale I wanted four so they helped me sort out delivery to West Sussex and the parcel arrived within two days. Excellent service.
Meanwhile my wife was looking at the coats and again the two brilliant ladies helped her choose a suitable coat which she brought there and then. I would like to congratulate the staff at the Bodmin store for Thier excellent customer service. A credit to Millets for the way the staff at this store meet, great and look after their customers. A big well done.

Staff always helpful and friendly
Staff always helpful and friendly, without being intrusive. Good range of outdoor gear. And last Sunday it was a godsend: absolutely sheeting rain, needed to walk dog and waterproof trousers nowhere to be found. Millets to the rescue: they were open and had exactly what I needed. Thank you!
