Helpful advice from Tommy when purchasing a pair of walking boots. An all round pleasant purchasing experience.

Served by Lewis and Steph. Helpful and pleasant to deal with. Helped my mum to find a new coat in the right size and a colour she really liked. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price which was very good value.

A big thank you to Tito who was very helpful and made it very easy to choose the perfect pair of Walking Boots for me. An added bonus was that my Peter Storm boots were half price, so a real bargain!
We have always been impressed by the staff in Chesham, who are very helpful and knowledgeable. It will always be our first stop for anything to do with the big outdoors

Jackie greeted me with a warm smile when I entered the store and asked if I needed any help or if I was just browsing. I told her the items I was looking for and she showed me where they all were and the different options. I bought some walking shoes amongst other items and she made me aware of the special offer on walking socks so I bought some of those too. I wouldn't have been aware of the special offer if she hadnt served me. Would highly recommend this store as the prices are always competitive in there.

Tommy = top lad. Give that man a raise. Knowledgeable, polite, patient, not pushy, not aloof. Everything you want in customer service. Well done.

We have been in various Millets over the last weeks as we are preparing for our first camping experience. From the moment we came in at the Chesham branch, Tommy was ready to help. He displayed excellent knowledge and patience by answering all our questions, and they were many, as we are amateurs! We came out with some great items and with some great pointers on our next camping adventure. Can not recommend enough, specially Tommy, who was beyond excellent and a great asset to this branch.

Had a really good experience, Tommy was super helpful in helping me to choose a bag and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Very good service from start to finish

A wide range of brands to choose from to start with but the most important factor was the customer service. I was pointed in the right direction by a member of staff in the footwear area and then was served by Steph who was really approachable , knowledgeable and very helpful. She recommended some appropriate options for trousers and gaiters. She also helped with fitting the gaiters correctly after I had purchased them. Will return to this shop and recommend it to others. Thankyou.

Our experience was very good and positive today due to the excellent service we received from Jackie. She had a very good knowledge of the store's stock particularly the walking boots. She was very friendly and spent quite a while with us ensuring we got exactly what we wanted.
