Friendly helpful staff
The staff in Millets Chippenham are always so helpful in guiding to the right products. My experience on Friday was as usual excellent. I went in to buy a pair of walking shoes and socks and came away with the right gear.

Excellent and convenient Millets store in High Street location, with good stock displays that are easy to navigate.
Staff are friendly and helpful about stock and offers, and helped me find the exact size and model of walking shoes I wanted.

We were assisted by Doug at the Chippenham store, who had been employed by Millets for 60 years! Not only did he make useful suggestions regarding our purchases but filled us in on a bit of company history along the way. What an unexpected and personal touch to our impromptu stop into the store. I don't usually write reviews. However, I went in to Millets in Chippenham for a pair of walking socks. I was unsure of the type needed. The gentlemen sorted this out, then I wanted some waterproof trousers and jacket. Again unsure of type, or size. He searched high and low for my colour and size. I tried several on, which I returned to him, and he had to repack. Eventually finding what I needed. Excellent service. I will be back. Thanks.
