The staff is called Belinda is excellent in customer service I bought 2 shorts and trousers, i didn’t realise that there was a dressing room in store. She provided me excellent service throughout choosing to buy the right one. I can’t thank her enough for doing that.

A very straightforward click and collect purchase,shoes are comfortable from first wear.

Belinda exceeded expectations with her knowledge and friendliness. I popped in on a whim to look at some walking shoes and she couldn't have been more helpful. 10 mins later i walked out very happy with a new pair of shoes

I had an amazing service from Gareth in the Colchester store. He sold me a brilliant repair box for a rucksack which had exactly what I needed.
I couldn’t feed the straps through the new buckles and took the rucksack to Gareth!
He very kindly spent time pushing those straps through the buckles, using a combination of tools and good strength!! It was successful. Thank you so much!

Great & quick transaction, the Scapa Terra 2 boots are excellent. 23K hike in wet conditions my feet were completely dry & no blisters. Other brands in the group failed. I would recommend these, May cost a little more but well worth it.

Visited Millets Colchester today to purchase a Safari hat and would just like to thank Lee & Vic for all their help. They were both so friendly & helpful and made the experience such a pleasure. They went above & beyond to help and really are an asset to the company & should be commended for their fantastic excellent customer care. Thank you so much Lee & Vic.

Lee was really helpful while I was trying to find the right walking boots. He was personable and knowledgable and I could tell that the team working in the Colchester store worked really well together. This atmosphere puts you at ease and makes you feel welcome while taking the time to try on what you want to try on. All the staff in there today were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for the right gear for their adventures.

I bought some Peter storm hiking boots Graham helped me choose and try on a few different makes until I found a pair I found comfortable! I have one foot wider than the other because of an operation, he was very knowledgeable and patient with me! When I found a pair that fit I walked around the store he did not rush me or try to over sell me , I would not have bought if he did. I was happy with the boots and the way he helped me.

Thanks Belinda for helping us find the perfect hoodie for our granddaughter !

Excellent service from the polite and friendly staff who helped me pick out a coat earlier today. They gave me advice on both the colour and size of the coat, and the pricing was very reasonable, especially for such high quality. Sophie is highly professional and very attentive. A great experience all around!
