Visited Millets Croydon several times, and on every occasion have found all the staff extremely helpful, and very importantly, very patient. The staff at Millets Croydon were truly exceptional. Their friendly and helpful demeanor made my shopping experience a pleasure. They even went the extra mile by noticing my student ID and informing me about the student discount. As a result, I was able to purchase a £93 bag for a mere £12.50 during the Black Friday sale! This incredible deal, coupled with the outstanding customer service, made my visit to Millets Croydon one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time. Found everything I was looking for at Millets Croydon including footwear, coat and bag. Staff members were all helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Store was bright & welcoming & prices seemed very reasonable.

Best Millets
Not only is this the best Millets I have been to, it’s probably the best outdoor shop too.
What makes this a refreshing shop to visit is the excellent staff. James and team give proper reliable advice, give their time happily and do not insult with the hard sell.
As a result I often buy from here when I may have walked away from other shops.
Millets should do everything they can to retain them.
