Very professional service
The most comfortable pair of walking boots I’ve owned started to leak! I took them back to Millets in Dorking. I was served by Mitch, who was very polite & professional and the boots were very promptly exchanged for a new pair. Excellent service and I will definitely shop there again.

Very helpful staff
Josh was fantastic at helping us with our purchase today, even going into the store rooms to check if they had the coat in the size we needed, despite the stock checker saying it wasn’t there. He was extremely polite and helpful and we left with the perfect coat for our son at a great price. Thank you!

Great service in store
Mitch was extremely helpful when we visited the store. Although the item I wanted wasn’t in stock, he arranged home delivery. This was very promptly dealt with and delivered within a day. He also helped facilitate a recognised discount. Very professional.

I wasn't necessarily going to buy my new walking shoes today and probably would have gone on line to buy them but his personable service made me want to use him. I'd say a credit to millets let's hope the shoes provide me with as good a service!

Peter Storm long packable parka.
Initially spoke to a lady who kindly went to check to see if they had the item I wanted and in XL or 2XL. It was confirmed they had both sizes and she kindly put both aside for me for when I arrived after work. Although she wasn’t there the chap behind the till gave me both to try on and after trying the XL there was no need to try the larger size. Honoured the discount offered online so very happy with Millets (Dorking).5*
