Both Mitch and his female colleague (didn’t get her name) were very helpful, professional, informative and friendly. They were both incredibly efficient guiding me, assisting with any queries and making me aware of current savings available through a multi-purchase scheme. A very positive customer service experience, clean, well presented staff and shop. Would recommend and will visit again for all my outdoor activity requirements. Many thanks 🙂

Shoe shopping
Great service and advice. I didn't appreciate the 28 day shoe return policy and the 12 month guarantee which was good to find out. Will definitely shop there again.
