Shopped at the East Grinstead store today. There is a great stock of items. Bought some softshell trousers. Jonny and Millie were incredibly helpful. .....recommended

Found everything we needed assisted by Alfie and Archie at the East Grinstead store who were both knowledgeable and enthusiastic which was a great help many thanks.

The sales rep was very helpful and patient and understanding. She left me alone for a period of time so I could make up my mind on whether I would purchase the new boots. This was very helpful to me. I don’t think I would have bought them if I had been pressured. She was very pleasant and made it a pleasure for me to shop there. Thank you Sharon!

Went to east grinstead today and bought some walking boots, was helped by sharon who was very helpful and lovely.

All the staff at east grinstead are extremely helpful. I was served by Max who was friendly and knowledgeable in all areas

I visited Millets in East Grinstead to buy a self inflating pillow. I was greeted by the staff who then left me unpestered to browse, something I prefer.
I asked 'Millie', a sales assistant, about an online offer which was available in store which was honoured.
It was a positive experience which I enjoyed.

Me and my husband wanted some walking boots. Alfie was a very friendly young man who was extremely knowledgeable with the sizing for us both. Nothing was too much trouble for him, hence he sold both pairs. The whole team were very friendly - thank you Millets, East Grinstead

The sales person was very helpful and obliging and I was able to order the Peter Storm cagoule in store for delivery to my home. It came very promptly so I was delighted with the service, thank you.

Millie is always pleasant and helpful when we go to the store. Our dog is always welcomed too and given big fuss. We shop in there quite often and we anre always welcomed. Millie is such a brilliant staff member and always helps when we need it.

We love going to this particular shop in East Grinstead as the staff always go over and above to look after us and our little dog Polly. Millie gives her a treat and she loves seeing them all. A special thanks to you all

Alfie was really helpful on the phone when I called re some camping chairs. When I visited the shop Alfie helped me select the best possible chairs for my needs. Kind, helpful and professional all the way through. Thank you Millets and especially Alfie.

I had made a phone call in the morning inquiring about an item to see if they had it in stock, which they did. The assistant on the call was very helpful. Later in the morning when I arrived at the store they had put the items ready for me behind the counter, which I thought was nice. All the staff members were helpful and friendly. Would return to this store.

Millie was really helpful to me the other day finding a gift for my husband as I had no clue what was the best thing to get as I know nothing about camping or hiking! So thanks again Millie!
