Really great customer service from Erol and the team. Provided great advice about jackets I was looking for and showed me plenty of options. Couldn’t be happier.

I was served by a young man named Matthew, who from start to finish was extremely professional, something this country lacks in abundance. Matthew was approachable and calm, helpful but not pushy and generally had a manner that made 'my' whole experience very pleasant.
Most young people show no pride in their job, speak poorly, have no interest in their customers and spend their time on mobile phones or chatting to other staff as though the customer is invisible.
Matthew however has reinstalled my faith in the shopping experience!
Please employ more young men and women like Matthew in your stores and encourage the nation, especially London to take heed of what service 'should' look like!

Served by a lovely sales assistant Hannah, who helped me to choose what I wanted to purchase, as well as having very good chirpy personality, spoke to all the customers with a welcoming chat and being helpful.

Hannah and Andrew were super helpful when it came to finding me the right waterproofing detergent for my jacket. Really kind and helpful!

Hannah was excellent. She helped me choose gloves for me Norway holiday. She was informative, open and friendly. I'm really happy to shop in Millets and be served by their great staff, Hannah being one of them.

Me and my partner popped into Millets in Enfield just for a browse, but thanks to Erol’s fantastic customer service, we ended up leaving with matching coats! He was friendly, attentive, and really knew his stuff — he showed us an amazing deal we couldn’t pass up. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers are happy, but Erol went above and beyond. We left not only with great coats but also with a really positive shopping experience. Highly recommend this store, especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Erol!
