Excellent customer service
Went to get some camping gaz earlier in week but shop out of stock. The guys in the shop including Andrew were very helpful in telling me they were expecting a delivery soon so gave me their phone number and told me to call back later in week. Today I did that and Hannah very kindly reserved me some cylinders so I could pick up later. Great old fashioned customer service that is very rare nowadays. Thanks guys

D of E shopping
Our returns were dealt with speedily by Hannah who was very knowledgeable and efficient. We found everything we needed with the help of Andrew who also explained about the D of E products and system. Matthew looked after us when we needed the fitting room. We spent quite a while in the shop and left satisfied.

Duke of Edinburgh kit-out
We had to kit out my son for this Duke of Edinburgh camp. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and conscious we were working to a tight budget, so did not try to sell us the most expensive items, just the items we needed, at good value. Would highly recommend a visit here for your outdoor needs

Hannah in Enfield was great
Hannah in Enfield was great. We just needed 2 packable jackets and she was able to get us to them straight away, with helpful additional checks like ensuring the packets to fold then into were present and not to wash them with washing powder so they don't use their waterproof coating. Lovely service...just what we needed.

A very pleasant in-store experience
Top marks for Matthew who fetched multiple pairs of walking boots and shoes for us (we did buy two pairs). He was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and engaging. The lady on the till was also pleasant and efficient.
