Hannah was really helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions related to the waterproof coats/jackets I was interested in, and was able to suggest a good pair of thermal gloves i could with my smartphone. Very happy with my purchases.

Popped in just before Xmas looking for waterproof jacket. Items were all well displayed and priced. Big sale was good. Didn't have anything particular in mind but had great help from Hannah who explained the range available and suitability. Bought the Peter Storm Downpour, reduced to £35. Very happy. Lou

We were served by Matthew. I watched his polite and patient manner with a previous customer, and he was the same with us. He recognised me as a teacher in his old school, so we chatted about those times for a while, all the time remaining focused on the business of selling us boots. Exemplary.

The service from the staff in the Enfield branch Erol (Manager) and Andrew was excellent, over and above great service. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they did not make me feel rushed at any point.

I came into the store weighed down by bags, and Hannah and Matthew, the two members of the team I met straight away were super helpful. They accommodated all of my needs, and looked after me superbly, as I purchased a pair of shoes to stick in a suitcase on my way to the airport!
Thanks again to everyone in the store this afternoon. Matthew was great helping me pick out shoes, he gave me space to make my decision, and his advice to select a few pairs to find one in my size was super helpful. His amount of chat was perfect, talking about the rate I wear shoes out, great guy!
