Visited Millets on Wednesday 26th February, bought some new boots and a coat, service was excellent without any pressure to buy, couldn’t be more satisfied.

We recently visited Fleet branch of Millets to buy walking boots for my wife. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the selection and buying process a real pleasure. Don’t go anywhere else - head straight for Millets :)

I have been into my local Fleet branch a few times recently as our son is completing both his Duke of Edinburgh award and World Challenge this year.
Whenever we have been in Suzannah has been so help and patient- she has taken the time to demonstrate, explain and fit a rucksack. She has ordered the correct size trousers when they aren’t available in store. Millets Fleet is our fist go to store because of her excellent customer service!!
