I went in this week to buy some new walking boots.

Susannah helped me to buy the pair that was correct for me. She didn’t steer me to the most expensive but to a pair I liked and after discussion were the correct size ( a size up from my normal size ). She advised me how to break them in and automatically asked if I had a card that would allow a discount.

We popped in to this branch to rectify an issue caused by a mistake at another shop in the Millets group. We received a very engaging welcome from Fleur, as did our dog Rudi! Both Fleur and her colleague were friendly, professional and efficient. A really positive shopping experience

Suzanne's was very helpful and listened to me discuss my size 13 walking boot issues and offered a few alternatives. I selected her recommended boots and have been using them ever since. They are the best boots I have had. Thank you

Great range of walking shoes and Henry was very helpful finding the right ones for me. And he reminded me about my National Trust membership discount. Great high street shop with a good range of everything you need for outdoor activities and dog biscuits too.

Bought an outdoor fold up chair. Was shown selection available on line to choose from which Suzannah then fetched from upstairs. Very helpful and friendly service. Happy customer that left the shop.

We were looking for some walking boots for our daughter’s DofE. There was a good choice in her size and the advice and help from Suzannah was excellent. Also came away with some casual walking shoes and wellington boots for the adults. Very happy with the service. Thank you.
