Excellent service by Debbie

The girl who served me in sauchiehall street branch yesterday made me feel so unwelcome and as if I had fake notes telling me all my notes had to be checked with a pen and they didn’t have one so basically she couldn’t serve me but then proceeded to go in the back with my notes and made me wait for ages and didn’t do this with any other customer and in front of me so why me ???? I am disgusted in how I’ve been treated and that’s me spending in the shop it’s so horrible to treat any paying customer like a criminal.

On a recent trip to buy some new walking boots I was helped by Claire who was fantastic. She was really friendly and knowledgeable and made the process really easy. Thanks for all your help Claire!

I needed a new pair of walking boots and called in to Millets in Glasgow. I was served by Claire who was very helpful, friendly and polite and not at all pushy. She was happy to fetch various boots for me from the stockroom and to give advice on the fit etc. I was also very pleased to receive a Blue Light discount which Claire assured me was valid even though the boots I chose were already discounted. Very pleased with my experience, particularly with the treatment I received from Claire. She’s a real credit to Millets. Thank you

Called the store last week looking for a jacket, Debbie was super helpful . Found the jacket I was after and kept it for me until my husband came and collected it later that day . Great service over the phone and in store. Will definitely come back for future jackets .

We visited the millets store in Glasgow as we were heading north and my husband had forgotten his hiking boots at home!

The store was about to close but the store assistants Zach and Steven were extremely patient and helpful. Managed to pick up a perfect pair of Merrell boots at a discounted price.

We were here on a little break and as it was a lovely day mum wanted a pair of shorts.The two staff members(Stephen/Claire)couldn't have been nicer,they even tried other storesto see if they had different sizes.They even gave us tips on where to go in the city

I phoned the store in Sauchiehall Street Glasgow just minutes before the store was due to close to ask about a product.
The service was great and the attendant found the item for me and kept it by for me until the next day.

Dropped into the Sauchiehall Street Glasgow branch looking for walking shoes.There was plenty of products to choose from and I was assisted by Steven who was very knowledgeable and helpful and did not pressure me to buy.I did however purchase a pair of Merrell shoes.The experience at this store was relaxed and very professional,I would certainly consider using this shop in the future.
