The service was so good last week we returned for a second pair of footwear. As expected Sandra and Sylvia showed patience and understanding while the choice of footwear was made.

Fantastic customer service from the ladies at the till. Came in to buy my little girl some walking boots. Vicky helped her try them on and she loves all the colours and couldn't decide which to pick.

Great service as always from the team in Newark. Always so friendly and very knowledgeable. They didn't have a few of the things I needed so ordered them in from another store.

I was looked after very well by Clair in the shop, the lady helped me choose the correct boots and was polite and very helpful throughout.

Wonderful customer service today. Because I had not properly been informed about the shoes on my first visit, I returned after finding the info I wanted online. On purchasing the shoes, I was given a good discount for the inconvenience caused, which I thought was a great gesture. Thanks again to the staff I dealt with on my return visit.

Visited the Newark store , staff on duty 2 young women, I think one was called Becky, we’re brilliant, got exactly what we wanted and they were so very helpful. Brilliant customer service

Went into the Newark store to buy some walking boots for myself and some outdoor clothing for my husband. I cannot thank the assistants Rebecca and Claire enough, they were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous, their expert knowledge regarding the boots and sizing was second to none. Whilst we there another customer was quite rude to Rebecca for no reason, she dealt with this very professionally and remained courteous and pleasant towards him. Well done Newark shop and thank you

Vicky and Sylvia were extremely friendly and helpful and patient as I tried on many jackets . There was plenty of choice in stock. I was extremely happy with my purchases and with the ease with which I was able to use my YHA discount.

I had to return some faulty walking boots. I had the receipt and, after emailing Customer Services, I was advised to return them to the Newark shop. Vicki and Clair were working well together to manage the busy shop. My exchange was dealt with promptly and to my complete satisfaction. Thank you

Great service by the ladies at the Newark branch. Not only the service and ordering of some boots but also taught us to google search our phone messages to find a gift list for an another purchase ! Recommended.
