Staff welcomed me to the store and left me to browse. I was interested in a pair of trousers but my size was not on display. The stock was checked and confirmed my size was out back and they were quickly retrieved. I also brought a eurohike ruck sack which was greatly reduced. Thank you

Great experience in store
Really friendly, helpful service in store from Chris and his colleague. Very relaxed, not pushy or too interfering. The shop has a lot of great stock available and it was quick and easy to get in and out with what I needed. With everything pushing towards online shopping these days it's great to still be able to go into store and get great service. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you.

I knew exactly what I wanted
I knew exactly what I wanted, a pair of "medium price range" trainers not for running but just for leisure wear. Not black, not white, just a splash of colour.
I found them immediately. Kiera approached and when asked immediately found me a pair in my size.
I've been shopping at Milletts for decades. Lots of decades. Always find what I need. This was Southsea (Palmerston Road)

Walking Boots Purchase
I always use Millet's as my go to store as you always get great Customer Service and today was as usual a great experience. My wife and I were very happy with our purchases of three pairs of Walking Boots/Shoes and Socks and the young lady who served us. Sorry we don't know her name but she was a credit to the store and very polite and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit
