After months of trailing through various shoe shops, I visited Millets in search of robust shoes. I was welcomed by the lovely Katt who looked after me very well. She found out what I was looking for and made sure that I had different sizes to try. Her knowledge of shoes and how they adapted to your feet - or not was very professional. I was not rushed or pressured into making a decision and encouraged to walk about the shop to help me make my mind up. I bought a pair of shoes and felt confident that I was making the right decision. Thank you Katt for your help.

Helpful staff
Both Kat and Jack were very helpful and made my experience first time shopping for a travelling rucksack incredibly easy! They were both looking up rucksacks online, offering information about the backpacks and asking me questions about my travels to understand which would be the best rucksack for me. Very helpful staff, and I would recommend other shoppers to come here!!

Friendly and super helpful staff
Jack was really helpful with purchases from an overland trip to Namibia. He recommended more comfortable, breathable socks than the ones I was planning to buy. And also recommended a really comfortable pair of Merrell sandals for warm weather, which saved me needing to pack running shoes. And we're much better quality and will last much longer than the ones I was going to buy.
I have visited the store on subsequent occasions and Jack also gave really helpful advice about different types of fleeces that wouldn't take up too much room in a back pack but still keep me warm.

Superb customer service
We called in to look at purchasing repairs of hiking boots for an up coming trip. Fantastic service by Chris, knowledgeable, friendly and went over and above to make is a really easy transaction.
