Fantastic service. I wanted 4 lanterns
The shop only had one. Pam ordered three for me in store. They came with in 2 days of ordering. It was a busy time near Christmas. Pam in the Uckfield branch was really helpful and kind.

Excellent staff, friendly and extremely helpful. Easy fitting and top advice on Merrill walking shoes.

Interacting with a human is so much nicer.

Wanted to purchase some new walking boots, problem is I have large wide feet. I was assisted by Isaac who was pleasant, knowledgeable, polite and above all patient. Got the boots I needed and left happy.

What excellent service we received from the wonderful and knowledgeable staff at the Uckfield branch! We went in to buy a bag, with very specific requirements and the customer service received really helped us to make the right choice.
Thank you to the very nice man who helped us (sorry we didn’t get his name), he even took the time to recommend my daughter books and how to fold a coat into a pillow!!!!! What a superstar - deserves a raise!!!

The staff in this shop are always friendly and helpful. On 2 January I went in to look at rucksacks, and the member of staff on duty was quietly helpful, without being in any way pushy. Shopping here is always a pleasure.

Went to miller's do buy new coat so good i brought 2 of them typhoon coat 100% waterproof warm with a fleece so comfortable comes with hood inside pocket velcro straps for arms fits me perfectly. 10/10 i just love this coat thankyou millets

Visited the Uckfield store today. Got a great waterproof coat in the sale and saved even more by being National Trust members. I was served by Ben who was very helpful, as he has been on past visits to the store. Even though I didnt have my dog today, I love the fact that dogs are welcome and fresh water is provided for them.

This store is consistently excellent! The staff are so experienced, they really know products inside out and care about what you are looking for. Simon is absolutely brilliant, he always listens and gives outstanding advice. Best outdoor store around!

I bought some walking shoes at millets Uckfield. I was given great advice and the sales assistant had a wealth of knowledge about the right pair of she’s for me. The shoes are super comfortable, lightweight, warm and great for long walks in mud and rain.

Excellent advice and help from Simon - as always he is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend a visit if you need any form of guidance on outdoor equipment at all.

I went in to buy a pair of walking boots and was served by Isaac. He was courteous and helpful throughout, fetching several pairs to try on. He gave me very knowledgeable advice and enabled me to buy an excellent pair of boots. At the till, I was also shown by Simon an excellent, ergonomic way to tie the boot laces to reduce strain and pressure on my high instep. It was excellent customer service all round and I will certainly go back again. Thank you.

Excellent, helpful service from the staff member I saw in Millets Uckfield today. The gentleman not only advised me on the right wax to buy for my hiking boots but also showed me a better way of lacing them to be both more comfortable and kinder to the leather. I'm really grateful for his help.

Went to buy some replacement walking boots. Millets had an extensive range in terms of brands, types and price. Was served by Simon who seems to be somewhat of a 'Boot expert' and ex professional trecker. Excellent service, advise and rapport navigating through what turns out to be a quite technical, extensive and diverse product range. An unexpected and refreshing experience and would highly recommend.

Simon is so knowledgable, and couldn’t be more helpful.

Went to the store to discuss options for purchasing a pair of waterproof walking/gardening boots. Very good advice from Simon initially and subsequently Rocco too. Thanks to their help I purchased a pair that suit my needs perfectly. Thank you to all at the Uckfield store.
