Claire and Ryan were wonderful
We had a very specific requirement. Although we couldn't find exactly what we were after, we ended up buying a few other items and it was a lovely shopping experience. Claire and Ryan were so helpful, friendly, polite and kind. Just genuinely nice people.

Good shopping experience
As soon as I came into the store I was greeted by the staff who were all friendly and helpful. I'm not a massive fan of shopping but they made it a pleasant experience. They also showed a good understanding of the products. Great store and an asset to the town.

Had a fabulous experience of how I’d like shopping to be today. Bought a pair of boots that proved to be defective & returned to store to be surprised and delighted by the retail experience of having had a problem. The team could not have been more friendly or helpful in sorting out a solution for me. The human touch reminded me why we should shop more in the high street.

Came in for new walking boots as mine had sadly fallen apart earlier in the day. Claire was knowledgeable and friendly, helping me select the ideal boots going forward.
Was nice to have a general chat too and it didn’t feel like we were rushed in any way.

Lovely staff great shop.
The two lads working today were absolutely lovely, very helpful, knowledgeable and always provide a good laugh. Cannot recommend enough.
Great NHS discount and charity donation that actually goes to charity. The staff members knew how much went to which charity last month including everything the charity does. I love the 20p optional charity donation via card payment.
The shops is always kept nice and clean. Stylish window designs and well stocked.
