The staff in the whitehaven branch are always very helpful and pleasant. They are knowledgeable about their products. It's always good to get a discount with a national trust membership card. All in all, a very good shop with great staff.

Helpful Leanne. Whitehaven store.
I visited the store on 6th Mar 24. Leanne went out of her way to help me from the minute I walked in. She politely asked if I needed any help without being right in my face, then proceeded to spend time with me, when I asked for it. Leanne spent time making sure that I got the right product to suit my needs. The store is a great asset to Whitehaven and I hope it remains open. I know I wouldn't have got that same excellent customer service online and no doubt would have been put off buying the product without seeing it in person and having the expertise of Leanne's knowledge. 5 *
