Firstly ordered by one get one free after ordered placed got email to say only one available, rang to cancel told item dispatched so I had to wait for it to arrive then refuse order ! Rang again they only then cancelled it . Have returned an item from order a week after they have recieved it still awaiting refund and before they write the obligatory “ sorry for your experience please get in touch with customer services” reply under this review done that twice! Would never recommend or use this company again

Top advice and top kit performance
Dan and Jude were really helpful and knowledgeable when I was looking to buy new kit last-minute for a hiking holiday in the Dolomites. They listened well, gave me time, and the boots and socks they recommended were fantastic. A week later I was doing at least 10km and over 1000m ascent most days, and didnt get a single blister. Thanks guys!
