Online order, collected from Barnstaple store. Handed pair of trainers that we had returned earlier in the week because they were different colours. Sales person tried to convince us that the colour on one shoe would fade to match the other but the difference was so noticeable we declined to accept as we had done earlier.

After waiting for over 10 days for a next day delivery parcel I was given a refund, absolutely disgusting customer service, you can’t speak to a human, and the automated phone line is a load of crap , would never use millets again, no wonder most have the stores have shut down

I am still waiting for a refund
I am still waiting for a refund, what I didn't know when I ordered a sale jacket from Millets, is refunds take up to 14 days to be sorted out. As they have closed many stores local to my area- down, I can't even return it to a shop. I posted my too large jacket back to them via the Royal Mail - tracked end to end last Tuesday25.08.2026 - 2nd class which means it isn't tracked moment by moment, only when it arrives with the receiver. Customer services are useless, there is always a long wait time to speak to anyone, and now I see that when they reply to your Trustpilot review, it is the usual standard email reply, they simply don't care? They have had your money from you in double quick time, but are really slow in returning it! I won't be online shopping with Millets again.

Update since the AI reply, asking me to contact the standard Customer Service email, which I did for about the third time since I sent the parcel back. I put in my tracking number and it appears that they received it last Friday. So I wrote to them after I wrote this review...

Succesful delivery
I had my maps delivered to my local Millets (Leighton Buzzard), who are always very helpful & freindly. The maps arrived there succesfully, though Millets online (or transport company?) didn't email me to tell me my package had been delivered. However, I dropped into the shop 'on spec' when I was passing & it was waiting for me. Great.
