Succesful delivery
I had my maps delivered to my local Millets (Leighton Buzzard), who are always very helpful & freindly. The maps arrived there succesfully, though Millets online (or transport company?) didn't email me to tell me my package had been delivered. However, I dropped into the shop 'on spec' when I was passing & it was waiting for me. Great.

Excellent product and service from a British company.
It was delivered very quickly as stated. Raincoat fits well and will, hopefully, be waterproof for many years to come. If not, it comes with a free repair scheme.

Poor customer service…
I ordered goods online which arrived quickly and well packaged.
However one item had the security tag still on it so had to be returned. As this was not my fault I tried to contact customer services without success spending long times trying to get through by phone.
So I resorted to e mailing which I did twice and still have not received a reply. I had requested a free return as I felt I shouldnt have to pay for their mistake.
When I got no help from them I was forced to pay to return it to at least get partial refund. As they have no stores now I didn't even have that option although even if I had it would have been a two hour return journey.
I have bought from Millets a lot over the years, their in store service always great. Its such a shame the service has dropped online and although it wasn't a lot of money there should have been a way to return for free. The fact I got no response from CS is very poor and would definitely put me off ordering again. Millets really need to step up.
